Dr. Franchino attended New York Chiropractic College and has been in private practice for 34 years. He has advanced training in Sacro-Occipital Technique and coordinates care with a network consisting of primary care, podiatry, acupuncture and massage therapy. By utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach, he assures all patients receive the best possible care.
Dr. Franchino is an out-of-network chiropractor and does not participate in any HMO. This allows Dr. Franchino to spend as much time as needed with each patient and to perform all services necessary. The office will accept your out-of-network benefits on assignment after deductibles have been. If you would like to have our office check your benefits prior to your visit, email us @ chiropractor45@gmail.com with your insurance ID# and date of birth. We will promptly get back to you with your out-of-pocket costs. Non-insurance patients can pay by cash, credit card, check or paypal.

Dr. Franchino is simply amazing and he changed my life. I know...yeah yeah yeah...but really!
I came to the Williamsburg office the day after Christmas 2014 in complete despair due to terrible pain and numbness in both arms and hands - in fact, a top hand specialist recommended surgery in both hands to fix, but no guarantees. I was uninformed about chiropractic, and skeptical in general but desperate enough to try anything. Dr. F told we would know very quickly if the treatment was working and in 2-3 visits it did! I was much stronger with little to no pain within a week and now see him 2x per month to maintain. A holistic approach is apparent in all aspects of his practice - chill office, latest technology/machines, and ease of scheduling for recurring visits are all examples of this. I cannot thank Dr. F enough or recommend him more highly to anyone seeking chiropractic care!

I've been going to chiropractors for 20+ years, 5 in total counting Dr. F. He by far is the best. I couldn't be more pleased. I was an emergency and in great pain. He took me in right away, applied some electrical pulsations to relax my muscles. It also helped that he as a beautiful therapy dog which stays with you during the treatment. She is aptly named Angel. When it came time for the spinal adjustment I was apprehensive as I was in so much pain but Dr. F. is really skilled. I felt no pain during the treatment. My pain subsided about 70% immediately and after 2 follow up treatments I am 100% again. He exudes a great deal of confidence and is highly knowledgeable. So glad I found him!

I've been going to Dr. Franchino for about 6 months ago and he has been tremendously helpful- I didn't know chiropractic could actually be so helpful but my back felt so locked up I figured I would try it. He is so knowledgeable and really helped me understand what was going on in my body and why I was in pain- it made me a lot more confident in how I can fix it, how to exercise, etc. I don't have to go as often anymore but as soon as my back starts acting up his adjustments make me feel so much better. Plus he is just an all around nice guy and doesn't mind if I have to bring my baby daughter along- he even insists on helping me with the stroller! Great Chiropractor and a great guy!!!

Went here for a back problem 2x then decided to go elsewhere. Thought I would get an xray the first visit but didn't....felt the initial exam was incomplete and a blanket explanation that people with office jobs have back issues like mine. Then went to another Chiro who took an xray right away and did thorough exam and advised a more complete explanation of my back problem.
