Dr. Knouse is an Osteopathic Physician who provides integrated care, focusing on PRP - Platelet Rich Prolotherapy - prolotherapy for back/joint pain anywhere in the body as well as for migraine headaches and all other headaches. as indicated. Insurance is not accepted - it is impossible to deal with - but cash prices are very reasonable. An initial appointment for evaluation is $150, but if prolotherapy is indicated - it frequently is - your initial fee counts toward the cost of your first treatment. Most patients will need 2 to 4 prolotherapy treatments, at a cost of $275 each. Complete relief of pain or migraines, over the course of treatment, is the norm in my experience; even patients with multiple failed back surgeries obtain 80% impro
vement as a norm in my experience. Visits for all other reasons are most welcome; the charge remains $275 per visit; subscription plans are available.
