Dr. Orozco has managed a myriad of ailments including ear infections, sleep problems, and tumors affecting hearing. He specializes in sinus problems, head and neck problems, and vocal cord and voice disorders. Doctor was very friendly and thorough. However, the wait was over an hour without so much as an apology from the nurses. The office was dated and stuffy at times. Plus, they wanted payment directly upfront without an itemized invoice instead of going through my insurance like all my other doctors - I found this fishy.

Overall, good. Though the hour+ delay in seeing the doctor (after arrival) should have been explained by the office staff, preferably before my arrival, but certainly upon arrival.
Dr. Orozco seemed very competent and thorough. Good patient communication.

I really liked Doctor Orozco. I was getting a little perturbed with the fact that my appointment was at 11:15 a.m. and I didn't get in to see him until 1:15 p.m. If someone had told me that there was a problem I could have gone to lunch and been back in plenty of time. The fact that he was so nice made me forget how upset I was.

The time I spent personally with Dr. Charles Orozco was very short and a didn't feel very fulfilled considering the large copay just to be looked over with no testing of any sort. However the staff and Dr. Himself were very nice and reassuring.
