I was prescribed an narcotic from another medical doctor Who happened to work in the physical therapy office this doctor did not want to give me a prescription for Oxycodone APAP 5 mg because he's scared he's going to lose his license but I've heard from people around the hood that he give you whatever you want I have scoliosis he literally looked me in my face and said I don't know you I cannot give this to you I felt so insulted I changed my doctor the same day I will never go to this office again don't go here!!

I'll put it this way....I wish all doctor's offices in the Bronx we're as friendly, but still professional, as this one.
It's a very busy practice, so expect to wait a while. But once the processes get going, it's smooth sailing from then on.

Doctor seemed nice. Issues arose after the appointment. I was over billed on my copay, and it has yet to be fixed after two months of phone calls. Doctor also said he would call with results of some tests. I never heard back, and the front desk refuses to ask him to reach out to me.

I went to this office for a physical almost a month ago and was told by the doctor that I would receive a call regarding my results. Nobody called me. When I called 2 weeks later the receptionist told me I missed a follow up appointment which I was never aware of, she told me he would call me and still I have not received a call. Very disappointed.

While the staff were helpful and friendly, I didnt't get along with Dr. Pastor. He seemed indecisive and somewhat confusing because he was not clear and direct in his questions and explanations. He shrugged off any concerns and made a big deal out of a minor mental health issue from nearly 10 years ago. He did not make me feel like I could share things openly and freely.

Dr. pastor's bedside manner was approachable and caring. I also liked the office staff who were very helpful, professional, as well as personable. I am thankful for all of their care and assistance. I will go back for follow ups and annual appointments
