Dr. Charles Stewart received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, where he was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa honorary fraternity. He completed his medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore in 1973. His surgical internship and orthopaedic residency were completed at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Before moving to Boca Raton in 1984, Dr. Stewart completed a fellowship in lower extremity arthritis surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.

I was pleased that he suggested a knee replacement because my knee hurt so badly. The fluid had been suctioned off and cortisone injected but that seemed like a stopgap measure. The knee replacement should fix the problem permanently.

Apparently, ZOCDOC cannot be trusted! The office did not get the info that I spent so much time completing on-line; the time/date for my appointment was different (by two days) on their end (but they were kind enough to allow me to wait until the other patients were seen); and they informed me that they fo NOT recommend ZOCDOC because it is so untrustworthy. I will NOT be using ZOCDOC ever again!!

This is a problem with the scheduling system ZocDoc. My appointment was for 3:30, but the office said their records showed it was for 2:30. They almost cancelled me out because I didn't show up at 2:30! I received an email and a text confirming my 3:30 time slot. Someone needs to fix this if you intend to use online scheduling in the future.

This was my first time to this office. There is three doctors in this office and the office staff was great with handling everyone. Dr. Stewart himself was very easy to talk to and informative. Once I got back into the room, they took care of x-rays and everything in under 30 minutes.
