Dr Mella received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Philippines, and her medical degree from the University of the East – Ramon Magsaysay Medical Center, also in the Philippines. She completed her Internal Medicine internship and residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. After which, she practiced as a Hospitalist in Wisconsin. Dr. Mella is board certified in Internal Medicine. She is married to Neil who works in interior design and architecture. On her free time, she enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Mella and the other staff in the office were so friendly and nice. I usually have trouble and get extremely anxious during doctor appointments but I was relaxed throughout the whole process. Even the blood drawing went well, which is usually the hardest for me.
