Dr. Ruan is certified by EMDRIA in EMDR and Attachment-Focused EMDR.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Ruan researches publish, and presents topics related to mindfulness, self-care, religion & spirituality, prevention of vicarious trauma, minority safe spaces, empowerment for women, women entrepreneurship, and the impact of maternal trauma on children.
