I’ve had a great experience with LifeStance. My therapist Barbara Zelnick is empathetic but also straightforward about the things I could do to make my everyday life better. I have had Major Depressive Disorder and suffered from Social Anxiety for most of my life. I have tried many different medications for years and my Psychiatrist Charrise McClellan was the first to offer a genetic test that will help her to see why it’s not working and what might work better. We are working together on this. She listens carefully to what I have to say. LifeStance has a great communication portal so if I have a question or concern I receive an answer from both of them in a timely manor. If it is a more urgent matter I can reach LifeStance by calling them directly, then they will contact my providers or get me the help I need immediately.
