I am a Board certified Family Physician, who practiced full spectrum family
medicine for nearly 10 years, including Obstetrics. I transitioned to
telemedicine in 2015, and in 2020, cofounded a coaching program to help
Physicians who are wanting to transition to Telemedicine. As a Certified John
Maxwell coach, mentor and speaker, I am passionate about empowering other
physicians through personal growth and leadership development. I have
become an advocate for Digital Health, teaching core areas of telehealth and
digital health leadership, as well as equipping physicians to provide compliant
virtual care.
I believe strongly that people want to be a part of something great, and I feel a
social responsibility to guide other physicians on the path to reclaiming
themselves and owning their expertise that they worked so hard to develop.
Physician wellness is a crucial part of this path in order to maintain a thriving
practice.
My favorite part of being a Doctor is relationship building. I feel so honored
that people will be so vulnerable with me. I feel that it is my mission in life to
make a difference in the world and impact people, and I try to bring this
intention to my practice every day. I value diversity. I value being able to to
provide patients the ease of access and the cost savings of telemedicine,
because time and money are not everything but they make a difference in
peoples lives. I value people and connection. The privilege of being a physician
allows me to impact lives every single day, in small and large ways.
