She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology with minors in Spanish and Political Science from the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY. Following this, she earned her medical degree in 2008 from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Thamaravelil completed her residency at the St. Elizabeth Family Medicine Residency Program in Edgewood, KY, in 2011, where she excelled and received the Opportunistic Teacher and Most Valuable Player Award. She furthered her expertise with an additional year of obstetric fellowship at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, completed in 2012. With over 12 years of experience since completing her training, Dr. Thamaravelil is committed to staying current in her field and is an active member of prominent medical associations, including the American Association of Family Physicians (AAFP), Texas Association of Family Physicians (TAFP), and Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA). Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Thamaravelil enjoys staying active with Zumba and long walks, as well as cherishing moments with friends and family.

I mentioned issues I was having and she didn't acknowledge it at all, or ask any questions. I was the first appointment of the day and the office was closed, everyone was 20 minutes late. She kept dropping things.
The receptionist asked me the questions that the nurse was supposed to ask because she was late. Everything was very unprofessional.
