I like dr. Trexler, she is very professional and was very attentive when we ask questions. The only thing I am very dissatisfied is with the wait time. We arrived 30 minutes early and we were not called until 40 minutes past the appointment time. Once inside we had to wait another 40 minutes to see doctor Trexler. She had to give us some paperwork for lab work and we were sent to the lobby to wait and we waited at least another 20 minutes for the paperwork. We were there a total of almost 3 hours and it was just a well check up.

I have loved the behavior of all the staff every single time I've gone to this doctor, and I go for multiple patients. The wait can be kind of long sometimes, though others its really quick, so just guess on the day. I would drive all the way across town (that's what I do) in order to see her than to see a doctor that isn't as good any day.

I like this clinic very much, the only thing that I dont like is the long wait. My son's appt was at 1pm but he was seen almost at 1:30-1:45 it takes forever and we were the only ones.

I checked in at 2:50pm. Wasn't seen after my 12 month olds weigh in etc. until 4:45. Didn't leave until 5:15, after her shots were done. Very disappointed.

Dr. Trexler and her amazing nurses could not have been better! It was a long wait but the friendly staff let us know what was going on and could not have been nicer. Dr.Trexler was good while navigating the sometimes awkward teen visit and my daughter was extremely comfortable with her and will be returning for future visits

I loved Dr. Trexler because she answered all of my questions, was not in a rush to go in and out when she saw my child. She is an excellent doctor. The only thing that I did not like was the wait time.

Dr Trexler is very nice and knowledgeable and kind and care. My only complaint was it took way to long to be seen. Had a 2:50 appt called me back at 3:08 then waited till 3:50 for her to come in. Finished at 4:18. I think that's just way to long. Patients time is valuable. If we are 10 minutes late doctor won't see us. Then if we call in for something it takes 48 hours to get a call back. This just doesn't make any sense to me.

MD Trexler was very thorough and interactive with my child allowing him to feel comfortable with her. She listens and takes her time with any questions or concerns you may have. We are glad to have her as our provider.

Dr.Trexler is very nice. She is attentive and doesn't rush you. If you have questions after your visit, she will call you back. It may take a while, but she will. She seems genuinely concerned when you are and does her best to put doubts aside.

I wasn't thrilled about her and I waited for over 30 minutes just to get seen. During this time my son was extremely fussy and I was about to walk out. Once she did finally come in she came across as someone who wasn't very confident. She also wasn't very clue when it came to explaining what was going on with my son.
