A good overall experience even though I'm not a big fan of mainstream medicine, and even though she tends more toward allopathic than osteopathic approaches. There was a strong nod to Big Pharma and being up-to-date on vaccines, but it wasn't pushed too hard. She was willing to listen to my my health concerns, she addressed them, and she spent a lot of time with me. I believe she is competent and caring.

The doctors are really friendly and fun to talk to! I had a very nice time doing annual checkup. They are professional and knowledgable. The wait time was excellent (less than 5 mins) and I finished everything in an hour.
The only thing is the nurse was having trouble finding my bloodstream so they asked me to go to another doctor’s office (same building) to do blood draw. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place!

I went for an annual exam - it was quick and easy, but they were also thorough getting my personal and family history, asked all necessary questions, including mental health. I felt comfortable and like I had an opportunity to share my health concerns - I've gone to several doctors, where I feel like I'm getting rushed out. I did not experience this, and I will most likely stay with this doctor.

The follow up with the doctor is really bad. After test results come out, the doctor did not reach out to explain the results. And did not reply and the messages I sent. She didn’t really care about her patients. Will never choose again

I will definitely recommend the doctor. She was very nice, was patient in answering all my questions and made sure all my tests were ordered.
The office experience was a bit more odd. Carbon health does not have any signage, so it was not the easiest office to find as it was in the 2 fl. They also have a 10 minute wait policy after which they cancel your appointment & charge you a fee. The Front desk staff was also constantly talking on the phone ( more so than all the other places ).

This doctor was so gentle and kind. Not timid but well spoken and instilled confidence. She spoke clearly and the instructions were easy to understand. I am looking forward to my whole family seeing her as needed because we found such a great doctor. The staff is kind and helpful. Very glad we found this doctor.

This is with Carbon Health and it is difficult to get in touch with the office without going through Carbon Health agent. What if it was an emergency? The doctor should have emergency helpline...and I should be able to talk to front office
