Dr Rajpal has been practicing internal medicine since 2003 originally from Mumbai, India.
She earned her MBBS degree in 1997 from one of the top Medical schools under the University of Mumbai. Followed to that she completed her fellowship in India in Diabeteology in the year 2000.
Dr. Rajpal moved to the United States of America to upgrade her skills completed her residency in Internal Medicine.& got a masters degree from Rochester NY in 2006. While completing her residency she participated in various academic & research papers which got published in multiple journals. Also participated in various poster & oral presentations each year.
On completion of her Residency Dr. Rajpal was working as a hospitalist at Valdosta, GA and eventually moved in to her own private practice in Homerville, GA. She was a solo internal medicine in Homerville where she single handedly managed more than 3000 patience.
Dr. Rajpal recently moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2011 where she was working with group practice handling outpatient medicine. She has recently set her own private practice to achieve & fulfill her goal to be a successful physician where assist, guide & serve her patients.
With the objective of attaining quality health care to the people of Jacksonville Dr. Rajpal aims at offering uncompromised service at all times.

Once the doctor came in, it felt a little rushed. I don’t feel like I was given much time to respond (and elaborate) to questions about my symptoms. She does seem very friendly. As a new patient I didn’t feel as comfortable as I have at other offices. Mainly because I felt it was very rushed.

Had a nurse walk into the examination room without knocking. One occasion is forgivable but the second time the nurse walked into the room without knocking? I was on my back with my legs spread getting a Pap smear. They assured me it was fine because there was a wall outside the door so no one could see in. Have never felt so violated and disgusted with a doctors office in my life.

Dr. Chitra Rajpal was really good. I have visited to see her for my annual test and I clearly explained the reception it is my annual checkup which will be covered by my insurance 100%. They said they will process the claim as same. Unfortunately the claim was processed normally and I have a huge bill now to pay the labs. I am trying to resolve this issue since 2 months and still they don't care and bother about it. Finally tired. I regret today in choosing their help and visiting them. I don't like to see them again and will not suggest anyone too.

I found Dr. Rajpal on Zocdoc almost a year ago. I was looking for a primary care doctor and had a serious health care concern to address. I cannot express how professional and outstanding she is. Within the same day, I had appointments to address my concern. I had my follow up check in after cancer treatment this year today. I can say that I would highly recommend her, and owe a great deal to her passionate and effective care and knowledge.
