I love Dr. Gualtieri because he is a kind of no nonsense guy. He tells you what it is, give you options, his recommendations and lets you decide what is right for you with the information he gives you. His offices are immaculate and very pleasant to be in and the staff are very courteous. I been his patient for over 10 years.

Dr. Gualtieri and staff use the latest technology to help diagnose and monitor sophisticated eye problems. Of special note is the Ocular Coherence Tomographer or "OCT". This device is invaluable for detection and monitoring of glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, mysterious vision changes or loss, optic nerve disease, and many other diseases and disorders of the eye.

Dr. Gualtieri and his staff are the best! And this new computerized appointment system makes it easier than ever to schedule an appointment with him. But they haven't lost the personal touch in the process. The personal phone call reminder the day before is still included in the service.

What an excellent visit. The office was easy to find with covered parking available. Front desk staff was professional and very welcoming. Once the required paperwork was finished I was taken in the the exam room right away. Dr. Gualtieri was easy to talk with and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him.

Very happy with the care I received from Dr Gualtieri and his staff. He is a skilled perfectionist with a very professional care giving manner. I had a minor surgery on my first visit to his office. He cared enough about my comfort and helped ease my anxiety by explaining everything he was doing and what to expect.

I didn't have to wait at all. I was in for an expert opinion about a thing called Drusen. It happens when you get older. It is in the back of your eye area. In the Retina. I was worried about a corrective eye surgery and wanted to be sure the Drusen wouldn't be worsened by it. Well, what a nice Dr. He totally took time to explain my Drusen condition to me, advised me to take a supplement to help my eyes, and gave me a little tool card thingy that I should look at once a week and advised if my condition changes, to contact them right-away. My first Dr. didn't take the time to explain any of that to me. I was impressed and highly recommend Dr. Gualtieri to anyone that wants an honest, sincere appointment. You won't be disappointed. He has a nice sense of humor also. I plan to maybe go get some botox. . . later, once my eyes are corrected and I'm not squinting anymore!

My introductory visit to Gaultieri went very well, and I have gone to him a few times since for followups due to treatments for blepharitis and chalazion.
I've been to other opthamologists in the past for the same situation (it's a reccuring situation for me) when I lived in Arizona, and all of them combined gave me less options for treatment and surgery than Dr. Gaultieri. So I'll definitely recommend his office any time a friend of mine is in search of a good opthamologist.
