The registration process for Rush's system was lengthy and somewhat redundant. I didn't get in right away to see Dr Tibbs because of the registration process, but Dr Tibbs was excellent and her staff was professional and caring. I will definitely book future appointments with her, but will come extra early in case there are snags in the registration process again.

She was understanding and polite. Made me feel like a priority, and wasn't trying to rush me out, so she could see the next person. The rest of the staff was great, as well.
