The chiropractor didn't do any actual chiropractic work. Still got charged and wasted my time. Definitely recommend going to The Joint if you actually want real chiropractic work done.

I have had back problems for years. Always scared to visit a chiropractor. Today I HAD to be seen because the pain was too much and I’m in the middle of a big move. Not only was I able to get in for a same day appointment but it made me wonder why I’d been so scared and putting it off! Dr. Chism was fantastic and her staff was great as well. I have never been to a chiro before, so I was a little nervous, but the staff here made me feel welcome and comfortable right away! The adjustment part was much less scary than I was expecting, no twisting or cracking, just a neat little device that applies focused pressure. I'm already feeling some relief and am looking forward to my next appointment.

The visit was great. I like the hands-on chiropractic better than the tool she used for the adjustments but the muscle vibration pads helped me relax.

They are wonderful there. They took me right back to get me started on the tens machine so I can be loosened up for Dr. Chism. She took me right back and was very professional. She has made me feel better then I have in years. I have even been able to discontinue seeing my pain dr. I have no problem getting in when it works for me.

They were amazing. I showed up an hour early and they had me watch a short video about the method they use for adjustment. Then she took me right back. Her bedside manner was warm and understanding. When she tested my back it hurt so bad she was very sympathetic. She had me put on the tens machine then brought me back to do the adjustment that really made me feel better. They were awesome. Can't wait to go back.

Very nice with very friendly office staff. But she didn't do traditional spinal adjustments where you feel the shifting of the vertebrae but used a little jack hammer type device. Not sure if this is a new type of adjustment.
