This doctor is completely insensitive. I went in with the hope of determining the best plan of action to conceive and was basically told he would refuse to be my doctor and even after losing 40lbs, he wanted me to lose 50 more to be the ideal pre pregnancy weight. He also said if I were to get pregnant I would likely miscarry. I left feeling hopeless and unaccomplished

He has been my dr for my last 2 pregnancies and he was going to be my dr for this one as well. He was very professional and polite as always but since he's moving out of the city he will no longer see me and my baby :( it was a very sad surprise but i hope that the Dr. he leaves in charge of his patients is as good as he is!

Dr. Webb was very warm and made me feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable--I was super nervous since this is my first pregnancy, but he reassured me everything was fine and answered all of my questions. The office staff was pretty nice too, especially for making an appointment last minute. I'm really looking forward to my next visit!

All went well, Dr webb listened to all i had to say, and kindly advised me to clear all my worries... the only problem i had was that I got to the clinic for my appointment, and found it was closed, I just decided to hang around to see if they come back, and indeed they came back after about 45mins... apparently they all went for lunch, and wasn't bothered about putting up a sign to say they will be back, other patients had to go back home after waiting for about 30 mins because if the weather warning...

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I was scheduled for 3:45PM and was only admitted at 5:30PM. This clinic has the rudest nurses and administrator ever. The nurse took me to the room, she asked me to undress and just left the room without providing a gown, I kept looking for someone to assist me to provide a gown. Going in to the test-room, the computer was left on with the previous persons's medical information (not sure if I can trust them with my medical information). After meeting the doctor, I received some prescriptions, where the pharmacist informed me that it did not come with instructions; we had to call for 2 consecutive days to get the information from the Admin, she always said that the nurse will call back and provide that information, but she never did. The Admin has an attitude and no manners whatsoever. I would highly recommend the doctor to replace his front desk staff as they are the first contact (and impression) of his clinic. They can really make your experience horrible!

Dr Webb has excellent bedside manner, is very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions in a way easy to understand. He was gentle and always made me feel comfortable. The reason I rated him so low is because of the experience I had with his staff. I visited Dr. Webb initially due to severe pelvic pain. After a negative ultrasound, he suggested a laparoscopic procedure to identify the source of the problem. This procedure was pending insurance verification to be made by his staff. after waiting more than a week to hear back, l I decided to give them a call. The secretary was very rude and offputting and gave me no idea as to why she had not yet followed up. I told her that if I can't get answers as to when I can get this surgery then I'm going to need to find a new doctor. She told me "Ok, I will let them know". She had no interest in assisting me to fix this issue or directing me to a person who could. When I asked to speak to the doctor, she told me he was busy wit h patients and made no effort to arrange a time for me to speak with him. I am now left to search for a new doctor and go through all this again. Maybe now I can find the cause of my pain, no thanks to the unprofessional staff of Dr. Webb.

I was very skeptical to book an appointment with a male OB, but I was glad to have met Dr. Webb. I really appreciated Dr. Webb's patience and surprising empathy to my very gender-specific situation. He did not act rushed even though he was running far behind schedule, and gave me ample opportunity to ask any questions I needed to. I visited his satellite office at West Houston Med Center which was less than flashy (to say the least) but I would absolutely recommend a friend to see him at his main office in Katy.

This is my first time using ZocDoc and admittedly I was a bit skeptical about using the first Doctor who could see me, but being new to the area I was willing to give it a whirl.
First, the office is nice, clean and modern. Perhaps moving from New England this is a bit more of a plus than it is to you native Texans.
Second, the most important thing to me in a gynecological exam is speed and/or diversion. I got both. This was the absolute MOST comfortable, quick, and painless exam I have had in 15 years of annual exams. We were talking about what brings me to Texas and next thing I knew we were done.
Third, he was super easy to talk to, but more importantly listened. Far too many gynecologists have wanted to pass me off to a psychiatrist based on what could best be described as cyclical issues. I was happy to have someone who actually listened to my concerns, addressed them, and had a positive, proactive attitude about my concerns.
And last, but not least he was thorough. As a busy professional, I'll be honest, seeing a GP is pretty far down my list of to-dos, but I always make time for my annual exam with my ob-gyn. Dr. Webb ordered extensive blood work to make sure nothing slipped by us and has offered to step in as my GP until I locate another doctor to step in.
Excellent experience all around. I highly recommend Dr. Webb and staff!

Dr. Webb is a very professional and knowlegeable OBGYN. My first visit to his office on gradparkway was awesom. The staff is very polite, office is neat, and Dr. Webb is very patient and approachable. I really enjoyed talking to him. I am sure my delivery experience with him will be a breeze too..I would refer him to anyone who needs his serices..

For my second appt. with him I booked the first appt. of the day, arrived 20 mins early, and he was nearly an hour late past the actual appt. time and gave no apologies or reasoning for being so late. Then he only saw me for 15 mins.
