My visit went well the first time but the more I go to this office, the more the staff and doctor cares less. This place is very convenient for me but they are slowly going down hill.

The front staff are nice, so is the doctor. They greeted me very well, but the assistant and the lab tech were very bland and seem like they hated their job. Their mood is just terrible. The assistant has an accent so I had ask her what she was asking me and she gave off this annoyed attitude. She could at least speak up a little louder and be very clear. Also her instructions were very hard to understand. Same with the lab tech, except she didn't have an accent. They could AT LEAST smile.
