My visit started with an examination by one of teh technicians, who was friendly and thorough. Then, Dr. Braun saw me. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable and did not act like she was in a huge hurry (even though she obviously was very busy). She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. She had a very warm personality and clearly cares about all her patients, new or old. This was my first eye examination, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but well cared for. I will definitely return in two years for follow up.

I wish they could move patients a little more efficiently through the office, but that is my only complaint. The office staff is very pleasant and professional, and I love Dr. Braun. I had seen her once before for my three-year-old son, and she was great with him. Because of that, when I had a health problem with my eye, I went straight to her. She was very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She also put up with my many questions, which I always appreciate in a physician.

Unfortunately I had to complete paperwork again. I was advised by Zoc Doc that if I completed the paperwork online it would save some time. Not only did I have to fill the same or similar paperwork out again in the office, I had to listen to one of the doctor's office workers complain about how many times they've explained to Zoc Doc that patients can't fill out their paperwork online. Not my problem as I am the customer. On top of the that, the appointment took over two hours!!!!!! Unbelievable. Never again

Friendly office and staff and a very nice doctor, but the wait was a nightmare (2 hours and 20 minutes between the time I stepped into the office and the time I saw the doctor). I understand that sometimes things lag behind, but oy... That wait was rough.
