Actions taken are always well considered to avoid unneeded tests. Diagnoses are also accurate and Dr. Hector has a very pleasant bedside manner.

Dr. Christina Hector was born and raised in New York. Dr. Hector is board certified in Family Sports Medicine. She received her medical degree from UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine (renamed Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine). She completed residency training in Family Medicine at Crozer-Keystone Health System in Springfield, Pennsylvania followed by specialty fellowship training in Sports Medicine at Atlantic Health System Hospitals in Morristown, New Jersey.
During residency, Dr. Hector received several awards including the Crozer-Keystone Resident Scholarly Project Award, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine Resident Teacher Award, and the Sports Medicine Recognition Award. During her fellowship she received the College of Saint Elizabeth Body, Mind, and Spirit Award for her work and dedication to the health of student athletes. During her specialty training in Sports Medicine, Dr. Hector had the privilege to work with the New York Jets professional football team. Dr. Hector is a former Division I track and field runner at Northeastern University and values the importance of health and physical fitness.
