First of all, the staff are so nice, sweet and approachable. Dr. Maddox is such an excellent listener! She told me that my symptoms in first trimesters are normal, she is very compassionate too as I've shared to her my anxiety level on this pregnancy as I had miscarriage on the last one. She surely listen and give full attention. I'm so glad I chose her!

The wait was a little long, but I completely understand because they were slammed with appointments! She was very professional but I also felt like I could talk with her on a personal level comfortably.

I just transferred to Dr. Maddox at 17 weeks pregnant after moving to Birmingham from another city. Dr. Maddox was so friendly and took her time with me. I like that she is supportive of VBACs.

Everyone is friendly and kind. My doctor and tech one knowledgeable and make me feel calm and well taken care of. I cant say enough good things about the whole staff! I tell everyone that needs an OB to go see Dr. Maddox. She's the best!

Dr. Maddox is fantastic! She takes the time to answer all my questions and is very personable. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor as I prepare to welcome my first child. I would highly recommend Dr. Maddox to anyone looking for a OBGYN!

Was called back yesterday within an hour, scheduled for morning appt and was called back within 15 minutes of arrival. Dr. Maddox listened to me, and was concerned and willing to offer options to treat my problem quickly. She has been extremely amazing.

It was perfect. Dr. Maddox is an awesome physician who takes time to listen to every need and explain all details in way that patients can understand. She's always smiling and very welcoming. Dr. Maddox is who I would see about any gyn concerns and have confidence in knowing that she's very knowledable in all care that I need.
