Christina was fabulous! I felt she cared about my visit and my well being. I was only irked by her staff a little bit. My appointment was at 9am and all the nurses showed up in a rush after me, and I was only a few minutes early to the appointment. Once they all arrived it was clear they were catching up with settling in and getting their day organized. To their credit it was Monday and Mondays are always hard to get back in the swing of things. Normally I would prefer a little bit of a calmer atmosphere when visiting the lady doc but Christina made up for it two fold.

I'm deaf and i request for interpreter ASL and they quick provide me with interpreter ASL, real amazing and Dr. Christina real great and she's so pretty :)

They wasted my time by not having the ZOC DOCs they made me redo everything. They forgot to tell me to fast and said come back and do the blood work next day. Waste of time. Office was not as clean as I am used to.

My visit with Christina Ngo was excellent! My wait time was much longer than anticipated, and I had been feeling frustrated - right away Christina introduced herself and apologized for the delay (computer issues created a push-back in appt times). Christina was warm, friendly, and has a great energy and presence. She listens intently, ask questions, and addressed myconcerns. This was the best experience I've had with a medical professional in quite some time! I will most definitely be returning to Christina (already in the process of transferring medical records from my previous dr. office to Christina's location). :)
