Dr. Jack is a graduate of Nova Southeastern College of Optometry in Florida. She received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University.
Among her many accomplishments, Dr. Jack interned at the famed Bascom Palmer Institute of Florida. While living in Florida, she has performed vision screenings for members of the Miami Dolphins football team and the Florida Panthers hockey team.
Dr. Jack is a 12 year resident of Canton, and while not seeing patients devotes her time to her husband and two children, Brendan and Danielle.
Dr. Jack serves her profession as well. She is the treasurer of the Metropolitan Detroit Optometric Society and is a member of both the American Optometric Association and the Michigan Optometric Association.
