Our practice reserves each patient appointment to properly prepare for and carry out your visit. We kindly ask that you provide at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. All cancellations within 24 hours of the visit time are subject to a cancellation fee. Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete new patient paperwork. Thank you. Our staff continues to rigorously clean and disinfect exam rooms between patients, exceeding CDC guidelines. When you come to our office, you must wear a mask for your safety and ours. I will be wearing a mask and gloves to examine you. Additionally, we have installed plexiglass barriers to minimize contact with our receptionists. If you develop fever, cough, or feel ill, please let us know so we may reschedule your appointment. Remember to take steps to keep yourself healthy: wash your hands, avoid touching your face, and practice appropriate self-care, including staying home when you are sick.
