Although it took almost an hour to be seen by the doctor, I immediately felt like I was in good hands. He was courteous, asked a lot of questions, very attentive and competent. The young lady at the front desk was absolutely the bright spot of my day. She was cheerful, friendly, engaged and wonderful! I've never had such a pleasant experience checking in and out of a medical appointment.

Waited 2 hours to be seen. Others who arrived after me were seen by doctor prior to me. I did not feel very welcomed.

I had to wait for over an hour and he seemed to be in a hurry. He may have had too many patients that day.

It is our first time meeting Dr. Farrell. He was thorough and clear. Overall a very positive experience.

Very direct. Not completely sold on the diagnosis, but time will tell. Wouldn't say he's for everyone.
Would not go back to this provider. He did not respond to my pain and his manner was unacceptable.
Verified patient
he didn't seem too interested in thoroughly answering questions about my injury, he seemed preoccupied

I would not recommend this doctor for the reason that he does not care about the patient's health. Believe I told him that by walking more than four hours at work it hurts my knee. Asked him if he can provide a limit hours to work until I get better. He said he would provide a note after the MRI. Well I will not be going back there. And when I was checking out, there was a elderly lady crying if the doctor can see her and at the receptionist desk they kept telling her that the next available appointment was until two days after. I praise the Lord that these days that the doctor did not provide a limit of hours worked does not make my knee worst because of some doctors arrogance not knowing what a blue collar worker does.
My primary reason for visiting was a torn meniscus; he zeroed in on the osteoarthritis in my knee and didn't address the torn meniscus, which you know, I want to be addressed. Didn't get to ask him another question because he had his assistant show me out. I felt like my issue was not addressed.

The staff was wonderful! His assistants were very friendly, attentive, and efficient. Dr. Farrell was dismissive and disingenuous. I will not be returning for a follow-up visit.
Very good doctor and to the point.

The young lady at the front desk was absolutely the bright spot of my day. She was cheerful, friendly, engaged and wonderful! I think the actual discussion with Dr. Farrell was fine. However, the hour wait (even though I came early) and the manner of the nurse was not so great.
Dismissed my questions and concerns about my injury, almost felt he's rude and did not really listen what I was saying, just wanted to end appointment as quickly as possible. Never want to see him again. Very disappointed.
I was seen fairly quickly. Dr. Farrell was nice, and brief. He examined me and then sent me for x-rays. I didn't have time for x-rays so told him I'd have to come back. I was given hand outs for exercises to do at home by the receptionist.
Highly knowledgeable and helpful.

Will continue to consult with him as needed

It was great! However, when I got there the front desk lady was only able to see one of the forms I had already filled out (via zoc doc) so I had to fill out the remaining forms in writing. She said that sometimes that happens - the forms through zocdoc do not come through. Dr. Farrell and his team were VERY nice though!!
Dr. Farrell has excellent bedside manner, is very thorough with physical exam and takes time explaining diagnosis and treatment. He is well trained at world-class institutions. I highly recommend him.
He refused to let me finish my sentences, and asked me the questions his computer program had him ask. At the end of the most frustrating 15 minutes of my week, he told me he didn't really have an answer. I told him what another doctor (not an orthopedist) had told me my issue might be, and he said "yah, that is what it could be, let's go with his recommendation". I won't be returning to him no matter what my future injury may be. He rushed me for absolutely no reason (no one in the waiting room when I get there, or when I left), and brushed off my symptoms as if they were nothing. They also don't validate parking.

I very much appreciated that Dr Farrell did not rush through the visit, addressed all my questions and concerns, and was very thorough in examining my shoulder.

Dr. Farrell performed the outpatient surgery to remove glass from my daughter's wrist. It was a very tiny piece of glass and not easy to locate. He explained the procedure well to both my daughter and me. He did a wonderful job, and now the pain in her wrist is gone.
Dr. Farrell is fantastic! He was extremely knowledgable and explained everything in detail. He has a gentle and kind manner and my daughter loved him. I would highly recommend him.
Verified patient
Dr. Farrell was very thorough with the examination and questions to assess the nature of the problem and clear about his diagnosis and treatment plan.
I was not happy with his bedside manner-he was using the computer while I was talking and answering his phone. I was not even sure he was listening to me when I was trying to explain my very serious medical condition. It seemed he could not get out of the room fast enough and there were not even any other patients in the waiting room-maybe I see now why there were no other waiting patients.
Dr. Farrell recommended a conservative wait-and-see approach, which I'm confident is the most appropriate plan for my particular complaint.
Great Doctor. Took time to answer my questions. Patient with me, thorough, polite. Technician was equally as professional and pleasant. Overall I had a great experience.
Verified patient
Very personable. Took time to understand problem, help me understand the diagnosis/treatment, and to make personal connection as well. Very rare with Doctors in my experience. Also, very efficient booking and processing. No waiting and they even proactively called me in the morning about a potential insurance issue.
Verified patient
excellent. i've seen him before
Verified patient
The exam was not thorough.
Verified patient
Ran an hour late. Very dismissing of my questions and concerns. I would almost say he's rude. Felt rushed, and that he didnt really care, just wanted to move on to next patient ASAP. I absolutely do not recommend this guy.
I chose Dr. Ferrell because he was recommended by a friend and because he has excellent qualifications, and then I was surprised at how thorough, thoughtful and patient he was. He took all the time we needed for discussion, examination, radiographs, and more discussion.
