Everything was great, but we were the only ones in the waiting room and had to wait 30 minutes. All of the office staff was just standing around and no patients exited while we were waiting, so I'm not sure why we had to wait. Besides that, the visit was great and Dr. Jones was very kind and helpful.

More about Dr. Christopher Jones, MD
Christopher Jones, M.D. completed his Dermatology specialty training at Penn State Dermatology, where he served as Chief Resident in his last year. He grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and received his undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. He completed medical school at The University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, Alabama, graduating as his class' valedictorian and a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, and his internship in Internal Medicine at The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Dr. Jones completed a fellowship at Stanford University in Cutaneous Oncology, with a focus on Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma, and participated in several clinical trials involving the development of new cancer treatments. He is interested in medical and cosmetic dermatology and has co-authored a book chapter and several scientific articles.
He also has a special interest in volunteerism and aiding underserved communities in need of dermatologic care. He was director of the Dermatology branch of the Bethesda Mission during his residency, a free dermatology clinic in Harrisburg, PA providing care to those in need, and spent a month in Botswana, Africa in 2008 volunteering at free clinics throughout the country. Dr. Jones was the recipient of the Mary Louise Witmer Resident Humanitarian Award at Penn State Medical Center.
Dr. Jones is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), the Texas Medical Association, and the Travis County Medical Society.

Dr. Jones was able to make me comfortable with the full body exam. He also gave me several realistic suggestions for dealing with skin problems caused by working in the service industry. I was called in the exam room as soon as I finished my new patient forms and out in less than an hour. I'm very happy with my visit!

Very nice and concerned for my issues I was being seen for. Answered all of my questions and provided more info I didn't even know to ask. I went to the Cedar Park location. Provided immediate treatment in the office and scheduled follow up care. I have seen a lot of doctors in my past and I can easily say Dr. Jones is in the top 5!
Best bedside manner and not jaded by his Profession, he loves what he does! If only he could be my PCP!!

A few minor things bugged me:
Address wasn't up to date on zocdoc or anywhere.
Forms I had filled out on zocdoc didn't transfer to the office so I needed to fill them out again.
The doctor himself was great and very friendly.

This was my second visit to see Dr. Jones. My last visit was in 2012 and was equally exceptional. I've moved my healthcare to a large provider in Round Rock, but it was going to be over two months to see a dermatologist through them. I hopped back on ZocDoc, found Dr. Jones again and was seen in a week.
Dr. Jones is superb and so is the entire staff.

I have a 13 year old with sickle cell disease so I have been in contact with MANY doctors over the years and Dr. Jones has made it to my top 3 favorite doctors of all time after just one visit.
