Very long wait time, which was not the case the last time I had visited, so could have been short-staffed or something. Doctor appointment itself was fine. Chris M. is professional and courteous, although I didn’t feel like I got all the services I am used to when getting a full physical. Just weight, height and vitals were checked. When I had to get bloodwork done, the office staff in the lab were rude toward me and other patients, which was definitely off-putting. With a little more attention to patient experience, this place could go from a somewhat miserable doctor’s office experience to a somewhat decent one.

I felt really comfortable with these folks. The office is clean and convenient, with genuinely kind, grounded and easy to talk to people working there. My doctor is great. His bedside manner is really good and he helped set me up for success quickly and without judgement and without causing any undue worry.

Whoever took my blood today is amazing! I hate needles and usually get sick. She took me into a separate room and did it while I was laying down. She was super quick and painless and I was able to leave without any discomfort. I dreaded the blood work for past two weeks and she made my day!!
