We were called back while I was filling out my new patient forms. I was only half way through with them.
The wait in the back took a little longer because we were waiting for test results from another doctor but in all we were impressed with his assistant and with Dr Prichard He was very kind and explained everything he was doing and why. He took his time with us and did not rush through the visit. Very nice.

Good doctor. Learned lot about my condition when compared to visits to other doctor a year ago. But it took 2 hours to come out after a consulting. Wait times can be a problem if you are visiting this place between office hours. But you'll get a good doctor :-)

I will definitely be visiting Dr. Prichard again. He was very gentle, kind-natured, & I felt like he really listened to what I was saying, & he gave clear & concise responses. I was really impressed with his office staff. They were very courteous & professional. And what made me feel even better about going to see him was seeing all the thank you notes that his patients had sent him up on the wall of his office. That let me know that he has a great reputation. I would definitely go back to see Dr. Prichard, & I'll recommend him to everyone.

I was moved to three different waiting areas at my first visit and stayed an hour and a half for a visit that could have been done in 30 minutes. Such long wait times are highly unnecessary.

Dr Pritchard was very thorough and attentive. He listened to me as I explained my symptoms and did not rush me through my visit, I am glad that I went to see him, He is the very first Doctor that I have been to since I moved to Katy, Texas and I was very impressed both at how well he knows the Spanish language and his knowledge and expertise in ENT, I would recommend him to anyone who has an ENT problem. His staff is very courteous and very efficient, also

Dr. Prichard is the most amazing doctor I have ever seen. I have had two major surgeries in the last two months performed by him. I literally put my life in his hands and felt completely confident in his abilities. He has a very calming, caring manner & made me feel like his only patient. The Katy office has a shorter wait time, but it's not that bad at either office. Thank you Dr. Prichard!!
