Great experience! I was an existing patient and needed to make an asap appt when office was closed. Making an appt through zocdoc was easy and successful. Everything went very smoothly. I ended up being seen very quickly and got the care I needed. Very professional and kind.

I was struggling with Achilles and bone spur issues, came to Dr Robertson for a second opinion. He gave me so much help and the shockwave therapy has already started to help although they told me it could take up to three or more weeks to feel better. I was seen right away and the staff is great. Highly recommend this clinic. Also- parking is close to building which is nice if you are having pain walking .

Dr. Christopher Robertson is an OUTSTANDING podiatrist in the Seattle metro area. He made time to see me on same-day notice to address an urgent foot injury. He listened closely and helped educate me on the issue causing my foot pain.
His staff was also super attentive to my office visit and treated me like a valued patient.
Best of all, Dr. Robertson cured my pain and today, I’m back to walking normally.
I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Christopher Robertson to anyone looking to address their foot pain.

I found Dr Robertson online and I booked my first appointment online. Everything was done streamlined - booking, insurance verification, check in, tech review of my problem, MD review/physical assessment/imaging and plan, tech teaching of taping foot/wearing temp orthotic/wearing night boot, charges of services/products and payment due, and scheduling a follow up appointment. They run a tight ship so to speak. The only thing I did NOT like was the REQUIREMENT of keeping a card for payment on file. I gave them my HealthEquity Visa for that.

Dr Robertson does a good job of explaining his findings; both what could have caused it & why it would result in any anatomical change and/or discomfort & pain. He explains what you can do & he doesn’t go overboard with your treatment plan. His assistant jasmine is super friendly & thorough.
