Dr. Taylor was incredibly generous with his time during my appointment. He answered my many questions with detailed explanations. I did not feel rushed. I was looking for a M.D. to assess discs that herniated years ago, had recently "flared-up", and were disrupting my daily life. In the past, two neurosurgeons recommended surgery, but I am terrified of all things hospital-related and chose not to follow their advice. I had never heard of the specialty of physiatry until I came upon it during a search for M.D.s available under my insurance plan. When I read that the field has a more conservative approach to wellness by first offering alternatives to surgery, I changed my search from neurosurgeons to physiatrics. My only source of recommendations was on ZocDoc. Dr. Taylor's previous patient reviews were superior in all categories, patients' remarks were all positive, and same day appointments were available. I arrived a bit early for my appointment and was pleasantly surprised that I was meeting Dr. Taylor 10 minutes BEFORE my scheduled appointment time. I also very much appreciated that he used hand sanitizer when he initially walked into the examination room and before shaking my hand upon introduction, as well as, after he twice briefly stepped out of the room to request and retrieve records. I feel very confident in recommending Dr. Taylor.

This office does a great job managing time. They generally get me back right at appointment time & the doctor comes in very quickly. Dr. Taylor spends plenty of time with me & does a great job explaining what's going on medically, treatment options, and his recommendations.
