The staff was friendly and the whole process very efficient. Dr. Wilson was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the injury and treatment plan options. The office staff also took the initiative to work through insurance preapprovals which was very helpful.

The physician had no personality or bedside manner. Can't say he did anything wrong but was not to impressed with my 5 minutes with him.

I was in the office for a third round of cortisone shots in my hand for tendonitis. The first time I got a shot in my thumb for trigger thumb, a spray was used to numb the area before the shot was given. I was able to handle it without an issue. The second time I received three shots and the numbing spray was NOT used and I was in so much pain that by the third shot the door had to be closed because I was screaming in pain. When his nurse was asked why the spray wasn't used, she said because the doctor didn't think it helped. It was an awful experience. This time, when I made the appointment, I specifically said that I would refuse to get a shot if the numbing spray was not used. This time the doctor took his time and sprayed each area before each injection and again the shots were more tolerable with the spray.
Very happy to have Dr. Wilson as my Doctor.

Dr Wilson doesn't beat about the bush and lets you know the facts right down to the very last details. That is really great in a Dr. And one that I like. Honesty is the best policy. At least it is in my book.

Dr. Wilson can sometimes be a bit 'aloof' (if I spelled that right) but he runs a tight ship. The morale of his staff appears high, which inovates to me that he takes care of his staff, who like to work for him. I've never - through dozens of visits to this office over two seperate injuries, had the slightest complaint of any kind. When I injured my hand (the second one) I insisted on coming here, because this guy knows his stuff and his staff are simply the best.
Dr. Wilson is really the best in the practice when it comes to nerve pain and related injuries of the upper extremity. I have never waited more than five minutes after check-in, and Dr. Wilson has taken great care in authorizing the correct testing, diagnosis, and treatment plan.

Everyone at this office are friendly and professional. They get you in and out in a very timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this office.
Verified patient
Excellent care, prompt & on time.
Understand my what was going on left hand right away and what to do. Once taken the injection he told what to respect from the injection. We will monitor the right shoulder but it still hurt we look at doing MRI.
Staff & Dr. Wilson very polite. Dr. Wilson explained his findings. Told me about the procedure, let me ask as many questions as necessary.
It was awesome!
