Dr. Huang really listens to your needs and addresses your concerns. It's only my second visit but I'm very impressed. I would definitely recommend her!
She took the time and took notes. She made sure to make sure all my questions were addressed and for the first time I feel like a have met an endocrinologist that I can work with because she will make herself available instead of handing everything off to a staff person and then never being available again.

The people at the front desk were courteous, kind & helpful. Dr. Huang was patient, attentive and professional. She actually listened to me and gave me, finally, good suggestions, medical advice and I feel like I am on the path to back to good health! She was very courteous, as well. I'm very glad I found her!

I was not pleased with my visit w/Dr. Cindy Huang. I went to see her for a second opinion and she simply repeated the information that I already was told from my prior doctor. I was looking to gain insight on what I should be doing for sucessful wait loss and to manage my health so that I do not become diabetic. Her health grade boast " Do you have the following? Abnormal sugars? High cholesterol? Abdominal fat? High Blood Pressure? You may have Metabolic Syndrome! Learn how to live healthier by addressing these treatable conditions. My extended training in diabetes, thyroid conditions and other metabolic conditions allows me to target preventable diseases. My approach is simple: treat the underlying problem and do it aggressively. Let me show you how I can help with my team of experts including diabetic educators and dietitian" She didn't ask me questions to find out the underlying problem - she quickly asked why I was there, then rattled off text book information and did not ask me questions about myself and my condition. I don't know who her "team of experts" were because there was nobody else there to help. And when asked about the educators and dietitian, she said she had a class and a pamphlet. I could read. This was a waist of time, not to mention the crazy construction outside. I would not see her again or recommend her to others.
Dr. Huang is very patient and a great listener. She puts you at ease right away and she's easy to talk to. I have been having back problems and she listened to my concerns and didn't try to make light out of them or just prescribe pain meds. I highly recommend Dr. Huang.
She is very nice. I wish there had been some pre-appointment low down on parking and where to go for that since it's a HUGE hospital.
This was my first visit. I came in for a physical, had blood drawn, EKG, circulation test and ultrasound. The staff in front, and nurses and technicians were all nice and helpful. The nurse who drew my blood was cool and did a very nice job not bruising my arm. :) Everyone else was very efficient and friendly and felt that they were all empathetic to an appropriate degree. I'm hoping to have Dr. Huang as my primary care physician.

Very nice to talk to and discuss your medical issues, also she is very detail oriented and focused about what she does. I would highly recommend her for any diabetes patient.

She is a great doctor and very patient!
Verified patient
The office was nice and well organized, staff was pleasant and professional and Dr. Huang was very knowledgeable, thorough and paid attention to my concerns.
Good, I wish that the office had the technology to do a finger stick A1C so that we could use the results to better treat my Type 1 Diabetes rather than doing it during my next visit in 3 months.
Verified patient
Dr. Huang was fantastic! I hate going to the doctor and dread the whole visit. But she made me so comfortable and was very thorough. Dr. Huang is professional and extremely nice. It was a very pleasing visit

It great! She is awesome!
Visit was fine but office service severely lacking. 5-10 minute hold times are typical when I call. In the two weeks after seeing the doctor, I left her 4 voicemails to get an update on my blood test results. I finally got partial results after three weeks, in the form of a voicemail and quick write-up, but some results I am still awaiting. I have since left her two voicemails. She is obviously overworked and understaffed. Not recommended.
Verified patient
She was great. It was the first time I felt like an endo really listened to my concerns and took them into consideration and gave me ALL options available.
She's excellent. Really cares. Smart too
Verified patient
accept for the wait of 45 mins. - with an empty waiting - I was very impressed with her attention to details, patience and understanding.
So far I have seen Doctor Huang twice. Both times she has been extremely polite, welcoming, professional, knowledgable, and open to any questions I have had. She was even patient enough to go over my condition with my mother who is a nurse in Indiana via speaker phone. I have full confidence in her as a doctor and look forward to her helping me feel better. It's just too bad I can't have her as my Primary Care Physician as well!
