The staff was pleasant and helpful, the office seems to run well. The doctor was thorough and she had a good side manner. Dr. Lai made me feel comfortable during the entire visit. I plan to continue seeing her as my PCP.

I visited Dr Lai for a routine hormone check. Everything went nice and smooth with her. She was very caring and answered all of my questions and concerns. 2-3 days after the blood test, I received a call from the lab technician, She was informing me about my lab results. After she said there was something abnormal in the test, I asked if I could talk to the doctor about it. She told me that I needed to get another appointment "to be able to talk to her".
So, I got another appointment and went her office. When I wanted to leave after our 5 minutes talk, the reception asked me to pay again (for the second time). When I told the receptionist that this was only a follow-up in which we just talked about my lab results which have just arrived, she turned me and said "You pay whenever you see the doctor."
As far as I know whenever there is something abnormal in your blood test, your doctor -not the lab technician or the nurse- is supposed to talk to you about it. With this clinic, Lenox Hill Group, where Dr Lai works, things seem to be working in a different way.
Such a pity that she works there.

I came here for a complete physical. Dr. Lai is very patient and I was happy with the examination. I also appreciate getting called back in a timely manner about my results and having all my questions answered.
