I'm a new patient to Dr. Sutton. She was wonderful and actually spent time getting to know me before moving forward with the physical exam. I look forward to having her as my primary care physician. Her nurse Maria was also very professional.

I booked this appointment through ZocDoc and when I arrived, they never checked the system and never confirmed my appointment. Why are you using this service if you don't check it??? I will say Dr. Sutton does spend a lot of time with her patients which is good but at times unnecessary because she is ALWAYS late. I am no longer seeing Dr. Sutton because she is not responsive and has zero sense of urgency even when a patient has a serious emergency. I call the office during office hours and it says the office is closed. She has had 4 different assistants within in the last year, I could not work for her knowing she is neglectful with her patient's needs. I needed a refill for a medication that was needed urgently. Maria said she would get Dr. Sutton to get the script over to the pharmacy and if there were any issues she would call me back. That was at 10:30, by 4 no call, no script. I called back again and was told the same thing. By 6:30, no call, no script and the office was closed. I had to jump through a million hoops to get the script filled. She is horrible at billing. I had called and said I was no longer going to be a patient because of issues with receiving paperwork and a letter for a short term disability which almost cost me my job (I had to go into her office and sit with her to fill out this paperwork after I was told it was faxed, LIE) and the next day she sends me a bill for services rendered over 10 months ago. There was an erroneous charge for an "extended visit" back from February. For how long I had to wait for her for ALL my appointments and tracking her down to get paperwork that charge is ridiculous. I have emailed and called at least 20 times to say I was not paying that charge and I want a new invoice along with all of my records sent to me via USPS. I did speak with Maria who again said "Dr. Sutton will take care of it". Shockingly, 2 months later, still nothing and no response. She is unorganized and it clearly shows. I even filed a complaint with the BBB and she did not even respond to that. I would never recommend anyone to see her for anything more than a cough....well not really, you will wait a lot less at CVS or Walgreens. Still waiting on that invoice and my records over a month later.

I've had two visits and each visit was involved and she really took the time to understand the symptoms i was experiencing. Highly recommend this Doctor. You really get the impression she wants to help.
She also went above and beyond by considering the most cost-efficient and time-efficient treatment for me.
Highly recommended.

Dr. Claire Sutton is by far the best doctor I have ever had. I moved from MN 3 years ago and had still not had a doctor until now meeting Dr. Sutton. She made sure she covered all bases and had all the details sorted out before diagnosing in order to make sure I was being treated for the right problems. She found other problems that had been missed by previous doctors and took the time to explain to me each medication and why she was prescribing me them. Easy to talk to, thorough, kind, and as I said the best doctor I have been to. She's a doctor who truly wants to help people and get them to their best health/level of being them... and does a good job of it! So happy to have found her!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You will not be disappointed.
