My eyes were just red. I have some type of parasite and have a nest of them in one eye and I got the old "you're nuts stuff from her." The old it's not real crapola and 2 and a half years later I still have the parasites and the nest in my eye. Fantastic. She accused me of harming myself. ????????? Horrible, horrible, horrible situation all the way around. I since found out I have co-infections of Lyme disease, Babesia and Lyme Disease and am getting treated by a Lyme doctor. I told this eye doctor I was taking a med that gave me some dark spots on my hands. Little did I know that when you turn 59 you get old age spots on your hands. She accused me of harming myself, giving myself liver spots on my hands. Horrible, horrible, horrible situation. Since then I got some hand cream that removes dark spots off off old lady's hands, problem solved. Horrible, abusive, nonproductive situation all the way around.

I'm bemused by my experience at Dr. Sin's office. I just needed to get my prescription rewritten for my contacts and had to jump through all of these hoops to get there. She recommended a different brand of lens which I have worn before (and I knew wouldnt be a good fit) and when I called back to get the prescription written for my current lens, the receptionists were not able to help. First they claimed they ordered contacts and they will be ready to pick up- when I never said I would purchase through them. Then, when I was asked to just get an emailed version of the prescription, they said their scanner was broken (?) so they will be physically mailing it which could take up to a week. Seems ridiculous and arduous for a simple prescription renewal.
There was an all around awkwardness at the office- receptionists seeming uphappy (and complaining in earshot) about their jobs. Maybe I had a one-off bad experience but I wouldn't go back again. Now, to wait for my prescription to arrive!

Dr. Sin is approachable and makes you feel welcome. I came in worrying about my eyes by googling my eye conditions. Of course, it's much scarier whenever you google anything and Dr. Sin helped me feel more at ease and relaxed. She answers your questions with as much detail as needed without you feeling rushed or ridiculous. Definitely recommend her!

Overall I had a positive experience. The exam was thorough and they use great modern equipment. I felt like I received professional high quality care. Wes (I hope I got the name right), the person who takes care of glasses-related questions, was very nice and he did an outstanding job fixing my glasses.
A few things that could be improved:
Waiting time (25-30 minutes in my case); staff's friendliness in some situations; being a bit on a pushy side for ordering contacts from them.

Dr. Sin was amazing, I've been having an issue with my eyes for over 10 years and she explained it to me in a way no one ever has and gave me suggestions and solutions to the problems that no other doctor ever has before either. She was very nice and easy going and easy to get along with. I was extremely happy with my appointment with her!

She answered all of the questions I had and had a wonderful personality, ability to build rapport and to empathize with patient needs.
