So, I loved the person I saw, but it wasn't Dr Alberti! I hate when places pull a bait and switch on you. I specifically chose Dr. Alberti to go to an ophamalogist (ugh not worth looking up how to spell that word). I drove 30 min out of my way and paid for parking to go to him. There was very quick wait in office, a couple minutes, everyone was friendly. Woman who did initial intake was thorough. And then when doctor came in...it was a different person. A woman, and i'm sad to say I didn't catch her name. No one informed me before I wasn't seeing Dr. Alberti.
I really liked this person I saw. She was so thorough, attentive, listened to me and all my concerns, and gave great solutions. She was great! But she wasn't doctor I researched and booked. I will be going back to her, but just fyi for anyone. I wish practices told you when they were switching your provider.

Staff was very professional, but it took about 3.5 hours to complete a routine eye exam. The office is also very outdated.

I was not notified at the beginning of my appointment that there was an additional cost for a contacts prescription. I also did not see ANY of the equipment wiped down while I was there. Even if the staff is taking COVID precautions after I leave, it would be nice to have them let patients see them taking these precautions.

The MA started charting in the previous patients chart. The whole office was delayed and dysfunctional. I did not feel confident in their knowledge or skills and they basically told me they could not help me after I waited an hour and a half. I do not recommend.

Choose another eye doctor. I waited over an hour with only one other patient in the practice, who spent most of her time in the waiting room with me. The staff gossiped about each other and blamed each other for not giving me the correct information about what I would be responsible for paying. Terrible experience overall.

They shifted me to another doctor within the practice. The doctor was nice, but the wait was ridiculous. I waited to be brought in for an hour (and it wasn't at all crowded), then once I was brought into the exam room I sat and waited some more. All in all I was there for nearly 3 HOURS! On top of that I've gotten a bill for contacts which I paid for in person.

My appointment was for 2:10 and I didn't see the doctor until after 4:15. Although the staff was really nice, no one even acknowledged how long I was waiting. I just think that 2 hours to wait to be seen is a bit ridiculous.

All the staff from receptionist to the techs and doctors were extremely courteous, professional and efficient. Dr. D'Alberti took his time to explain all his observations and findings and answer my questions. Didn't rush me out of the office like most doctors seem to do these days.
