The minimal wait time between arrival and seeing the Doctor was fantastic. In fact the whole visit was less than an hour. Including the Dr. spending quality time with me.

Overall experience was great. It was the after experience that stunk. I had to walk two blocks up the road to the hospital to get a x-ray done and prior to leave and I was asked if there was anything I need to take with me or do and I was told nope that they would be all ready for me. I get up there and they weren’t ready didn’t know I was coming and it took over an hour to get me checked in because the doctor that ordered the test was new and not in the system. so something that should’ve taken 10 minutes, took an hour and 15 mins. The staff themselves was phenomenal .

I scheduled a visit for 7:15 and then ubered to the location and arrived around 6:50. The door was locked and no answer on the comm system, and on the third call was told they were closed for the night. One woman stepped outside and told me the office was closed and when i explained i had scheduled an appointment and was told online I was confirmed to be seen at 7:15 she repeated the office was closed and they didn’t have any providers after 7. I ended up finding another urgent care and was seen there after waiting over 30 minutes at this location.

I went to the clinic 15 minutes early and was told that I would have to wait a full hour to be seen because they didn’t call to confirm my visit. When I confirmed I had booked days prior all of a sudden they had my time available again.
When asked to give a urine sample I used the wipes designated in the bathroom which turned out to be alcohol/wound wipes that burned like crazy. I immediately alerted the MA who took me to the room for my visit- she laughed repetitively and made excuses for the individual who put them there because “he is a guy and doesn’t have to use them”. When I confirmed I did in fact use the alcohol wipe and that it was really burning she laughed again and said “that lit up her day” and repeated how funny it was. She mentioned this also happened the week prior.
(Provider was nice and thorough-10/10 there.)
Truly an awful experience & working in healthcare myself, I would absolutely NEVER laugh at a patient experiencing pain due to clinical error.

Doctor wouldn’t listen to me, only recommended me to go to emergency room. I went to another doctor after and was able to get the right medication to recover in a couple days.
