Dr Segil is a personable, caring and experienced neurologist in Santa Monica, California with an office adjacent to Providence St Johns Health Center. He does not accept any Medi-Cal or HMO plans. His office charges a fee in addition to accepting most insurance plans. Dr. Segil is a fellowship trained and Board Certified Neurologist who has formal training in dealing with disorders of the brain, spine, nerves and muscles. He has a solo private and he continues to see hospital patients exclusively at Providence Saint Johns since 2009. Dr. Segil completed his fellowship at UCLA’s Ronald Reagan Hospital and residency at USC. He opened his practice after working full time for the UCLA Department of Neurology. He continues to teach their neurologists in training as an Assistant Clinical Professor in their Westwood Clinic. He volunteers at the Venice Family Clinic and at Santa Monica-UCLA. In addition to his regular Neurology work, Dr. Segil also offers 2nd opinion consultations. He lives in Santa Monica with his 3 children. Dr. Segil’s office charges a once yearly fee of $500 in addition to insurance. This fee allows him to spend more time with his patients and he calls every patient personally with any abnormal results. He decided to join ZocDoc in 2016 and has committed to providing you the same concierge service he provides his other patients. If he is unable to accommodate same day appointments he will work you in a timely manner.
