Every child and parent should have a Colby Fagan in their corner. We feel blessed to have her as a provider and resource. She speaks directly to my daughters about their experiences and concerns and empowers them to make healthy choices through encouragement and education. She is full of personality, has a great sense of humor, and is very knowledgeable and open. The practice in general is woman-run, friendly, and accommodating. My kids actually look very forward to going to see her! We drive from well outside the city to see her, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I see new patients age 0-18. Please call your insurance prior to booking your appointment to ensure we are in network with your insurance. If you are out of network, we do accept self pay patients.

Colby earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at Boston College and her Master’s in Nursing from Duke University. During her undergraduate career, she spent most of her free hours volunteering in the Brigham and Women’s Hospital NICU, competing as a D1 athlete for the women’s rowing team, and working in the MGH emergency department. She joined the Porter Pediatric practice in August 2021 as a full-time provider.
Colby is especially passionate about giving parents, teens, and children the necessary tools and education to be both mentally and physically healthy. She has 14 years of experience in childcare and feels blessed to serve her community and advocate for patients and families.
As a Boston native, Colby enjoys spending time in New Hampshire and South Carolina where she hikes, bikes, and boats with family and friends. She enjoys living in the city of Boston with her sister, checking out new coffee shops, traveling, and playing tennis. She is an active member of the Corey C. Griffin Foundation and her local parish. Colby is board certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and is a member of the Massachusetts chapter of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She is a Committee Member on the board of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) and is committed to collaborating with other members of ILADS to combat Lyme disease.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting Dr. Colby Fagan at Porter Pediatric Family Clinic, everyone was very professional, and the treatment of my special needs son was excellent, I highly recommend this place.

Had a fantastic experience so far. Dr Colby is fantastic, so calm and knowledgeable. As first time parents we need a bit more guidance and have lots of questions, she addressed all of them and walked us patiently through everything coming up in the next few months. Highly recommended!!!

Colby is amazing. My toddler LOVES her and she makes going to the doctor anxiety free for him. For me she is good at distilling data and information into tangible, clear communication and advice. She helps me understand what's most important to focus on and where to de-emphasis my focus so that I walk away armed with the best info to make me a better parent and my child healthier and happier

We just moved from Brazil and we were looking for a doctor for our three children who have a muscular disease. Doctor Colby was amazing from the beginning to the end to our three appointments. Kindness, supportive and objective, she couldn’t be our best choice! The office is a nice and organized place and the secretary was incredible. Kids felt at home, so do we!

Dr. Colby Bray Fagan was so great with my kids. She put them at ease even though there were some anxious and unsettling moments. We've been going to Porter Pediatrics for more than eight years now and we have always been very happy with the care we receive! An excellent pediatric service!

My two children (13 and 16) have been going to Dr. Porter for 13 years and all of the people in her practice are fabulous - including Nurse Practitioner Colby Fagan! It is easy to connect with a live person and questions are always answered in a timely and practical manner. Appointments are on time and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Whether it be a crisis or a well visit, we leave with more information and confidence. I highly recommend Porter Pediatrics and just wish I could be a patient there!

The staff is very professional and very friendly. We had the pleasure to meet NP Fagan in more than a year ago and she is super friendly, so warm and compassionate. Her visit was very thorough. She never leaves anything unchecked. We are extremely happy and pleased with her and the other doctors.
