I felt like I was in very competent hands. He needs a better picture in his profile. He looks much friendlier in person.

Very favorable impressions. He listens, is friendly, and is knowledgeable.
He was really great, but the wait was far too long to see him.
most of the 3.5 hours at the clinic was spent waiting for 15 minutes of the doctor's time... not cool. dr. scott was polite and professional, but seemed distracted and rushed. he may be a very good doc, but i don't think i'd recommend the clinic based on wait time.
I found Dr. Scott to be very curt and stiff. He is not personable at all. When I asked him for a sample bottle of what was given to me previously, for redness and burning, from another Dr. he refused, saying that is not what his procedures are, instead he handed me two samples of Systane, which I have been given numerous times for this same disease. I had to really insist on it, then he reluctantly gave me one. No, I do not really like this doctor

Got to my appt at 3:15 for a 3:30 appt. By 4:10, I was asking the clerk who checked me in how much longer I'd have to wait--not much longer...! HA about 4:25 I was taken back and my vision quickly checked by some tech--then herded to ANOTHER waiting room after my pupils had been dilated. I waited a long time there--(couldn't read my watch to say how long). Was taken to yet another room by another person who didn't introduce herself, or say her profession or her role. She didn't have a name badge (only the doctor had a name badge as I recall). She took my blood pressure and apologized for the long wait. She did get me a blanket when I complained about how freezing it was inside. Finally the doc came--looked in my eyes, told me to get new glasses and come back in a year. Right. I'll NEVER return. I walked out at quarter to six. I missed an important meeting I was supposed to attend and was out of time for the errands I had planned to do with my early day away from work. Apparently there were some "emergencies"--if they had told me, I would have rescheduled. I lack of consideration, professionalism and courtesy make this office a big thumbs down. I thought it might be owned by a corporations--I have gotten used to abuse from corporate medical offices. Nope--it's privately owned. I call this greed.
Very well run, professional office. Recommend.
