First time patient and I was very pleased. Efficient...timely..and courteous. Everyone I spoke with and interacted with were friendly and easy going. The practice is busy but none of the staff seemed pressured or rushed...so rare these days...this office gets it.

First time I have ever been to this office. Colleen was awesome! She answered all of my questions and was very informative. I was totally imressed with her and the rest of the staff. The girl that does the scheduling was very friendly and accomodating! The receptionist that checked me in was super friendly too! This office really has a great thing going! It is rare to see such a well run practice in so many areas. I will highly recommend this practice to all my friends and co workers! Thanks for the great experience!!!!

Very satisfied. Coleen was more knowledgeable than I expected an NP would be. She listened with compassion and gave me good feedback on my questions. She did not rush through the exam and took the time to verify her findings with Dr. Gill. Coleen personally called me at home within 2 hours with information regarding a test that I needed to have. I have been dealing with this medical problem for over a year and finally, I feel the diagnosis is coming soon. I will ask for her for my next appointment. Val M.

For instance, she went ahead and printed/explained directions in case my test results came back in favor of needing a procedure. This way I wouldn't need to come back to the office just to have the directions explained.

NP Nappi was professional and personable. She had an excellent personality and manner and made the visit comfortable. We had a nice brief, personal chat about getting ready for Thanksgiving, our children coming home from college, etc. Taking that additional time to make a personal connection is great; we enjoyed sharing that common connection with having children in college. Professionally, she was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. It was a great, efficient, productive, and enjoyable visit. I highly recommend NP Colleen Nappi.
