I had an appt and showed up 15 mins early like mentioned in the email. When I got there was told to wait in the car and will be called when ready for testing - after 50 mins and no call when back to the office only to find the door locked and a sign saying out to lunch. I had to knock and was finally let inside. If I had not gone back up to the office and continued to wait in the car for a call. If you have an appt those customers should be taken first and walk-ins should have to wait. What is the point of an appt if you cannot keep the time and anyone can just walk in. Not happy with the experience especially since I had a sick son that had to wait so long.

I am a 60 year old male, and this was the best experience I have encountered at a medical office in my adult life. From the moment of my arrival the staff was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. My wait to see the Doctor was less than 20 minutes. The doctor and assistant were authentically polite, good listeners, highly knowledgeable and very professional. I felt like I was talking with family. I was very comfortable. I am proud to be a patient of Dr. Collete Anyiam, and was entirely satisfied with my visit and services received at her office. I highly recommend her without hesitation.

The first thing that threw me off was the fact that the scale said your weight out loud, which leaves no option for patients who don't want to know their weight. Next, I tried to tell the doctor about being on antidepressants, and she basically shamed me saying that if I was really depressed I would be in therapy and the drugs should have fixed me. I'd never recommend her to anybody struggling with depression, anxiety, or food-related disorders.

I love the location and the staff - everyone is friendly and professional. I felt like I was with family. Ms. Anyiam was wonderful! She answered every question we had and made us feel at ease. She clearly cares about the people who come to her office. She is kind and knowledgeable.

Sankofa was amazing; I wish they accepted my insurance so that I could make them my Primary Care Provider. But the welcome was warm, the atmosphere was calming, & the Covid test wasn’t as scary as I imagined thanks to Dr. Anyiam. Would definitely recommend; thank you!
