Collins Ezeuka, M.D. is an American physician-scientist known for his interdisciplinary research spanning cancer immunotherapy, cardiovascular biology, and biomedical engineering. He has conducted research at leading institutions including UCLA, City of Hope, Emory University, and Georgia Institute of Technology.
Dr. Ezeuka completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied Neurobiology.
After earning his undergraduate degree, Dr. Ezeuka conducted cancer research at the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, working under the mentorship of Dr. Dennis J. Slamon, M.D., Ph.D., a pioneering figure in the development of targeted therapies for breast cancer.

Genuinely the most unpleasant and unprofessional medical “professional” Ive ever spoke too. Was horribly rude and arrogant, with a noticeable superiority complex belittling me in responses. Not even 5 minutes into the call and I wanted to yell at him and end it, and I never yell at anyone. Would never wish him upon my biggest enemy. The women calling to confirm my appointment was nice though. So girl save yourself!!! LEAVE THAT PLACE

This doctor seemed more interested in setting me up as a new patient than addressing my concern - I suspect I have Cyclosporiasis - which was the only reason I booked through ZocDoc. I couldn’t get an appointment for over a month with my primary care physician and would prefer to not be pooping water 12 times a day until then. He wouldn’t even order a test for it. I should have just gone to the ER and waited 6 hours, it would have been less waste of my time and frustration.

Dr. Collins was not personable, not kind, did not have any sense of personal communication norms. He threatened to hang up in the first 20 seconds of our appointment because he couldn't hear me. Seems to have some sort of superiority complex, and belittled my intelligence and questioned my ability to recall subjects I know to be fact. Never saw his face voice only even though it was a video visit. I would NEVER recommend anyone to visit this Dr. even it was their only choice. I have never felt more uncomfortable and unhappy with a Dr's visit in my entire life. This Dr. could care less about his clients stay far far away.

They did not call and let me know that my insurance was not working which that was a lie my Molina is in good standing with the Molina dual choice medical through Molina so they didn't see me they didn't call and tell me something was on my insurance they just left me hanging so no I would not recommend anybody to this to the doctors on his office

The front desk staff woman was the most unpleasant person I have ever had an interaction with. She was rude and incredibly disrespectful. The office told me they took Apple Pay as a form of payment option for the office prior to arriving yet when I got there I was informed only cash or card. No patients in waiting room but told me I couldn’t go take cash out and the Wawa next door bc I’d then miss my “grace period” after driving 45 mins to this appointment and then talking to them for the majority of my “grace period” I asked to speak to a manager and they told me there was no one to speak to and I said I’d wait. She said “you’ll be waiting all day then” i asked her name and she said don’t worry about it!! I would never recommend this office. Save yourself time and energy and go somewhere else.

My appointment was cancelled without reason and then I got an appointment the next day. There was no one else in the waiting room. My conversation with the Doctor was pleasant. It felt strange that at the end they had me write down my previous doctors information on a piece of paper. I was thinking it should have been a consent form.

The office was clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating given the fact the appointment from ZocDoc wasn't showing on their end. They were happy to fit me in to be seen with the doctor at the time I scheduled online. The Doctor was kind and attentive, and was jotting down all my concerns. Well worth the drive across the Skyway to be treated so great! I would recommend waiting until the office calls to confirm the appointment before heading to your appointment, but that is my only complaint.

Thorough…thorough…thorough! Dr. Ezeuka is not only friendly, but he is a great listener and communicator. Explains everything thoroughly and you will not leave his presence confused or having felt rushed…Nope! I got the impression that he treats his patients as he would like to be treated if he were the patient. I had been PCP shopping since moving to FL recently… I will be keeping him as my PCP as I have no need to look further. Finally found a professional and human being who you are not just a number to. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention his assistant/office staff… just wonderful!

A wonderful experience with a caring staff. The doctor was attentive to why I came, but talked directly to me about my personal medical history. Explained and laid out a plan for what WE were going to do next to ensure I would feel better. I am soooo happy with experience. I'm recommending toy family! They take insurance but it was not more important than the people. And this Doctor has credentials that are so impressive... I am humbled by his humanity.
