I'd return but I thought it was strange to show up 10 minutes before appointment time and the building is still locked. Opening at least 30 minutes before the appointments start would cut down on the initial line for registration. Every other doctor's office has always been open at arrival.

Provider seemed to blow off concerns that I had with no reason stated. Did not care to discuss most of my previous history, as one would expect in a PCP establish appointment. I felt like an annoyance to the provider by asking questions: it felt very rushed. The office staff was decent, aside from trying to get me to cancel on Zocdoc while I was literally standing in the office..? Feels like a waste of copay.

They said they were going to send two prescription however forgot to send the cough suppression medicine therefore as a result I was suffering coughing all night without medication.
