I am a fairly new patient of Dr Connie Jackson, but I know for a fact that I have found my "forever Doc" with her. She is very understanding, possesses a calm demeanor, and very knowledgeable in her field. Simply put... she is fantastic!! Her staff is an awesome crew as well.

My visit to this office was terrible! I scheduled an appointment for an annual GYN appointment. When I arrived the receptionist was very friendly and my wait time was short. I was taken back to the exam room and asked to sit in a chair outside the room. I could then hear the nurse and doctor talking about me and saying she did not do GYN exams anymore. I was brought into the room and the nurse asked me my own height and weight (did not measure or weigh me) and wrote down my response on a napkin! She took my blood pressure so quickly that I'm not sure if it was correct. The doctor came in and gave me maybe 3 minutes of her time for the appointment and acted annoyed the whole time. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. They made me feel like I had done something wrong by scheduling an appointment and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Very professional but not a super warm and friendly Doctor. If you're extremely nervous she may not be the best choice but I had a good experience there. Plus the nurses and receptionists are all extremely friendly and warm.

Dr. Jackson never contacted me after my appointment to tell me that my blood tests and pap results were abnormal (it has been ~2 months at this point). I had to contact the lab myself in order to obtain the results. This is completely unacceptable.

I had read some not so nice comments about Dr Jackson before my appointment. I wanted a doc who was closer to my age, and could understand the issues with peri/post menopause. Dr Jackson was definitely the right doc for me! She listened to my many, many concerns, and trust me, I had plenty. I was really happy that she listened to me and looked me right in the eye during my lengthy gabbing. :) I would definitely recommend Dr Jackson to my friends.

She was warm, professional, and very informative. Dr Jackson is exactly the type of physician I hoped to find. The visit gave me ample time for her to educate me about new medications and to ask questions. I got lost due to a detour on the way to her practice. I was 20 minutes late. I fully expected to arrive and simply reschedule. The office staff worked around my late arrival and i was still able to keep the appointment. I was very very impressed with my visit,

I arrived and the staff greeted me as if they already knew me. The wait was less than 15 minutes and the office is very professional.

Dr Jackson was wonderful. She was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and made the experience as comfortable as it could be. It took a 40 minutes before I was seen by her and during that time I witnessed some catty bickering between the two front desk workers (which was uncomfortable).
I would go back & I recommend her
