At first we were concerned because the gal at the "window" didn't even acknowledge us. We were told to get there at 1:15 to do paperwork. We got there at 1:00. She didn't come to the window until 1:45. Our appointment was at 1:30. We didn't get in to see the doctor until sometime after 2:00. But when we met the doc, we LOVED her. Definitely worth the wait!!

Dr. Mercer is a great physician, very caring and always takes her time to talk to you about anything that is on your mind to provide you the best care. Check-in online was super convenient and the wait time is less than five mins to be seen. Great experience each and every time!
