My Philosophy on Chiropractic Care Is:
“The power that made the body, heals the body,” and it is easier to maintain wellness than to try to get your health back once it’s gone. Chiropractors help your body maintain wellness by keeping your nervous system in balance.
I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport. My lifestyle includes motorcycle riding, running, and working out, which are very stressful to the spine. Therefore, health and wellness are not only a priority but a personal necessity. You don’t wait until you get sick to decide to be healthy. I stretch daily to maintain flexibility, follow a nutritious diet, and go to the gym 3-5 days per week. To keep my nervous system in balance, I am also under regular chiropractic care.

Dr. Cossifos intently listened to my issues and immediately provided relief. After my first adjustment with him I was able to immediately breath deeply, so many years of pent up stress. Looking forward to my next session. I am blown away. The office feels like a spa which is a plus! Amazing doctor, amazing experience. I booked the appointment late and night and was confirmed for first thing in the morning and was seen immediately. Hands down the best experience.

Considering their computers were down and they were short staffed due to COVID-19. Dr. Constantine is very amiable, informative and a very good chiropractor. I left the office feeling substantial relief of my lower back pain and stiff neck pain. It is only my first visit his office and I plan to continue regular treatment with him.

Went to 3 other chiropractors in the last 10 years. Dr. Constantine is by far the best. He has digital X-rays which showed my specific problem and he was able to take care of it without guessing. Thank you, Dr. Constantine, you're the best.

I used to go to Dr. Gus many years ago. I moved out of town but was in town visiting family. Had back and neck pain. I called Dr. Gus and he saw me that day. Needless to say he fixed my issues. I always found him to be very accomodating and professional. He's the only chiropractor I will let adjust me when I'm in town. Recommend him highly.

I went to see Dr. C because I had excruciating pain in my face/jaw. After the first few sessions, I saw the improvement. I no longer have pain. It comes back from time to time, but I go to Dr. Cossifos religiously 2x a week now. I really appreciate the late office hours because I can come after work, and the front desk lady is very friendly.

Dr. Cossifos has been helping me for 30+ years whether it's dealing with a certain issue or just maintaining my general spinal alignment, his care has kept me healthy and productive. I don't want to think about how my back would be without his ongoing attention.

I've been to so many chiropractors and Dr. C is one of the best! Most others I've been to seem to do mostly the same things for each person. But Dr. Gus creates a treatment plan individualized to you and changes the adjustments as you progress. Would definitely recommend.

My wife has been suffering from chronic back pain for years. I was finally able to convince her to see a chiropractor after a previous bad experience but Dr. C was so friendly and calmed her fear with a non-aggressive approach. Her neck has never felt better & pain in her back has gone away after 1 month of visits. Cant thank him enough.
