In discussing my condition, she discussed possible diagnoses and treatment options. I felt that she was very knowledgeable. It was refreshing to have a doctor who was truly interested in the patient and took the necessary time required of an office visit. I was treated as an individual and what I had to say was important

Dr. Bowser has had over 10 years of experience treating allergies, asthma hereditary angioedema and other immunologic conditions in private practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In 2013 she opened her own practice which enables her to combine her desire for best patient care and use of up to date clinical practice right in the center of Narberth (in the mainline suburbs of Philadelphia). Dr. Bowser completed her medical school and her doctorate about hormonal influences on the nasal mucosa in 1999 in Munich, Germany.
She was an Intern, Resident and Chief Resident at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY from 2000-2004. During her chief residency in pediatrics Dr. Bowser supervised residents and medical students, managed the Intensive Care Unit and emergency transport team.
Dr. Bowser completed her fellowship in Adult and Pediatric Allergy, Asthma and Immunology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY in 2006. During her training, she published several journal articles concerning allergy, HIV, and autoimmune diseases and gave multiple lectures at national and international medical conferences.
Dr. Bowser has given multiple lectures to local hospital staff and participates in community education events as well as in national allergy society meetings. She is on the board of regents of the Pennsylvania Allergy Association.
Dr. Bowser is fluent in English, German and French and speaks some Spanish. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Adult and Pediatric Allergy, Asthma, and Clinical Immunology.

Dr. Bowser diagnosed my son with a fish allergy. She took a lot of time answering my questions and helping me put the diagnosis in perspective. Her office staff was friendly, called to confirm, and also helped me reschedule to later in the day due to a conflict. Would recommend this office for you child’s allergy needs!
