Doctor Ferreira was amazing and listened to each of my concerns. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner and answered all my questions happily. Highly recommend! I also arrived a bit too early for my appointment and was worried that I'd have to wait until well after my scheduled time but I was taken right at the appointment time. :)

Very down to earth doctor, friendly, Wonderful guy
Compassionate and excellent physician. He is always kind and even jokes around a bit to break the ice. He lets you guide your care and asks if you think something makes sense. The staff are always pleasant and easy going. I have never waited more than 5 min in the exam room and never more than 15-20 min waiting room. (with the exception of winter and flu/cold season). Outstanding!!! :)

Dr. Ferreira has a wonderful bedside manner. He listens and really tries to help. I think he's an excellent doctor. I'm a little frustrated with the Western CT Medical umbrella, which is a bit "Big Brothery". But I stick with this group because I'm very happy with Dr. Ferreira.

Dr. Ferriera has a most amazing talent for being efficient & very professional but at the same time always friendly & open. I always feel like he listens & really cares. As a senior citizen (70) it's really important to me to feel that I have a Dr. who cares & listens & doesn't make me feel put down because of my age.
