About Dr. Courtney Bush
Dr. Bush studied Human Physiology at the University of Oregon before going on to earn her Doctorate in Chiropractics from Parker University here in Dallas as well as earning a Masters in Functional Nutrition from Parker University. She realized at a young age that Chiropractic was the career she wanted to go into after her Chiropractor was able to help constant migraines and whiplash symptoms. She has experience working with children and families as well as athletes and anyone looking to improve their long term quality of life. She is passionate about patients being able to function and live a better life overall through the use of therapies, nutrition and of course adjustments. Dr. Bush specializes in Flexion and Distraction techniques and Thompson technique to help patients achieve their optimal quality of life long term.

Dr. Bush has really been so great! I almost immediately felt better after her adjustment, which was the perfect amount of pressure. She took her time explaining her thought process for my treatment plan and made me feel confident in my body having the ability to pick things off the ground after my herniated disc years ago! Highly recommend her for back pain.

My knee has been messed up for years. Dr. Bush has given me some relief after 20+ years of knee pain. Sure enough, my back feels better too. I will keep coming to see her.

I’ve been having really bad headaches. About 4 visits with Dr. Bush, they started to go away. I can’t believe the relief I’ve gotten from chiropractic adjustments. I highly recommend Dr. Bush.

My back was hurting so bad before I saw Dr. Bush! She has been great treating me and adjusting my back. It does not hurt anymore when I workout so I am able to play volleyball again. Best chiro in Dallas!

Dr. B is great! My neck was really sensitive when I first started seeing her. Now, my neck feels loose and moves better. The other clinic staff are easy to work with and make the visit move smoothly! I've really enjoyed my visits and my pain has gone down significantly

I am so glad I found Dr. Bush and the team at Premier Health Chiro.
Not only did she solve my pain problems that I was experiencing, she also is just SO MUCH FUN to be around.
The office staff and environment is personable while also being professional, and Dr. Bush is a great communicator who listens to you and responds.
And I love the techniques they use to ensure you walk out of there always better than when you came in. If I could work there, I would! For real!
Great place. Great people. Doing great things. If you deal with alignment or joint pain, come visit. It will be worth the time and money to visit this amazing team. ??
